Functional Application Manager

Position:

As a Functional Application Manager specializing in Oracle NetSuite with a focus on NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB), you will play a crucial role in the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle NetSuite solutions within the organization. You will be responsible for supporting the ERP Functional Application Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the seamless functionality of Oracle NetSuite modules

This role requires a dynamic individual who can navigate the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that Oracle NetSuite aligns with the organization's objectives and drives operational efficiency. You will contribute to the overall success of the company by maintaining a robust and optimized Oracle NetSuite environment.

You will:

• Collaborate with the ERP Functional Application Manager to design and implement Oracle NetSuite solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and concerns related to Oracle NetSuite functionality.
• Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing users to enhance their understanding of Oracle NetSuite features and capabilities.
• Investigate and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle NetSuite.
• Collaborate with implementation partner teams for advanced issue resolution and bug fixes, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Work closely with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between Oracle NetSuite and other enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and liaise with technical teams for resolution.
• Assist in the development of custom scripts, workflows, and reports to enhance the functionality of Oracle NetSuite.
• Collaborate with developers to implement advanced customizations and integrations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity within Oracle NetSuite.
• Work with cross-functional teams to perform testing and validation of new features and system updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes within Oracle NetSuite.
• Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of Oracle NetSuite updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Make recommendations for system improvements based on emerging technologies and business needs.

We expect you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in implementing or supporting Oracle NetSuite solutions in general and NSPB specifically.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Accounting, and business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Proficiency in related Suite Apps like Strongpoint, Zone & Co, etc.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

We prefer you to have:

• Oracle NetSuite certification.
• Familiarity with other ERP systems and integration tools.
• Knowledge of SOX compliance.
