What will you do?
In your role as Senior Infor M3 Consultant, you will serve as a central point of contact in the area of financial business applications.
As a cooperating foreman/woman, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Financial Applications Team within Group IT. This team deals with all functional aspects of financial and related business applications such as workflow/document management, including integration to other business processes and peripheral applications.

Besides configuring the financial modules in our ERP system Infor M3, you draw up functional specifications for interfaces or optimizations and discuss them with your technical or logistics colleagues and with suppliers. Naturally, you work closely with controllers and core financial users to set up their business processes. You solve problems, implement changes and participate in the various - also international - implementation and improvement projects planned for the coming years.

You are a sparring partner for your colleagues and coordinate demand, capacity and priorities. For your team you are the first point of contact for people management related issues and substantive escalations. In addition, you motivate your colleagues and serve as a sparring partner. You support management in the development and implementation of application architecture and management procedures.


Who are you?

• Analytically strong, flexible, solution-oriented & driven.
• A relevant college or university education and at least 1 year of leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, preferably in manufacturing, food or supply chain.
• Financial background in terms of education and experience.
• Experience with BI, workflow, forecasting, consolidation, HR and/or or document management applications.
• Good communication skills and command of the Dutch language.
• You enjoy working in a changing organization where challenge, dynamism and development are on the agenda.

 
Where will you work?
At our Utrecht office. You will work together in a close-knit IT team consisting of well-trained professionals. Teamwork, but also personal responsibility and development are key. Because we manage everything ourselves, you will deal with all aspects of this field.
