Project Manager Retail ERP
Our growing client needs an experienced project manager who wants to work with beautiful A-brand Retailers and challenging ICT projects. With our team we really make the difference for the customer through our unique working style.
What will be your role
As a project manager you are a champion in organizing, structuring and connecting and you have a passion for IT. You know what the customer wants and respond proactively. Together with your fellow project managers and ICT Engineers, you ensure that our projects are carried out and delivered correctly and efficiently. You do this by properly advising and guiding the customer and carefully monitoring the project planning, scope and budget. You do this using our in-house developed CORE Methodology. In addition, you have good strategic insight, but also know how to resolve any bumps in the road in the short term to bring a project to a successful conclusion.
Those who think of Retail do not first think of ICT. Nevertheless, the importance of good ICT solutions for Retail organizations is great. If the ICT solutions work like clockwork, our customer can spend more time with the consumer. As an ICT team player, we form one team with the client's ICT organization to ensure smooth processes.
What do you bring
You are analytical and problem-solving. You have strong social and communication skills and you can work independently as well as collaborate well. Furthermore, you bring the following:
HBO/WO work and thinking level
Experience with ERP implementations as consultant or project manager
3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position in the Retail and/or IT industry
Sufficient demonstrable experience with PRINCE2 and Scrum
Extensive experience with software selections and implementations
Experience with project management tools
Experience with projects in Retail is a plus
Experience with software development projects is an advantage
Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of English
A flexible work attitude, independence and a tad assertive
