For a trusted client of Hef Associates were searching for a Netsuite Senior Application Specialist - Finance
Our client is a supplier of innovative and appealing educative products and services for education and learning and has a passion to transform the way people learn. The goals are to offer flexible, leading solutions that support the innovative approaches of learning in the 21st century.
Recently the organization has rolled out Oracle NetSuite as the new standard ERP solution. As Oracle NetSuite application specialist you play a leading role within the management and further optimization of this central ERP application.
Most important activities
As Application Specialist you are responsible for:
- Management and maintenance of the business system applications, specifically Oracle NetSuite and related systems;
- Configuring and optimizing application functionalities, especially in Finance related areas (Finance, Procurement, Projects);
- Working directly with the users on functionalities, issues and authorizations within the business system landscape;
- Work on projects and new implementations;
- Proactive monitoring and advise on the use of functionalities, through which business will be able to perform even better;
- Work on end-to-end solutions within the business systems domain.

What do you bring?
- Completed BSc, preferably in the direction of Finance or Management Information Systems;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as application manager/specialist or consultant within the ERP domain, preferably within the field of Finance. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage;
- Analytical and technical, ability to connect business processes, data and code/configuration;
- Soft skills: solution minded, strong communicative and analytical skills, capable to connect colleagues and result driven on technology delivery;
- Fluent in English is necessary.
