As Functional Administrator ERP Financial, you are responsible for managing and optimizing the application. You play a crucial role in the automation of processes, implementing new functionalities and ensuring optimal information provision. Are you up to the challenge?
This is what you will do
- You manage and maintain the financial package AFAS. This also includes identifying and resolving incidents;
- You know how to translate the requirements from the various business owners into functional solutions. You take into account the entire IT landscape and take stock of the impact;
- You advise on the correct setup and use of AFAS;
- You analyze and make functional designs for process optimizations;You set up (new) processes in accordance with a functional design;
- You will test, implement and provide documentation;
- You are the link between the business and IT. This requires continuous coordination. You listen and collect user requirements to arrive at an optimal design.

The AFAS management team consists of 5 dedicated colleagues and plays a crucial role within the IT operations department. You will collaborate a lot with the finance department. - Employment of 32 to 36 hours, initially for a fixed term with the prospect of permanent employment;
- A gross monthly salary between €3,400 and €5,100 based on a 36-hour work week. Scale depends on the knowledge and expertise you bring;
- 210 hours of leave based on a 36-hour work week, which amounts to almost 6 weeks of leave;

This is you
- You have at least 3 years of experience managing a financial package
- You have an edge if you have experience picking up projects and process optimizations independently (from analysis to implementation);
- You are communicatively strong and can translate ideas into appropriate advice;
- You are able to think process-oriented and have problem-solving skills;
- You have a proactive and independent work attitude, but are also a team player;
- You can think analytically and across the board;
- You work results-oriented and get happy when you have been able to deliver an assignment from A to Z.
