Onestream Specialist –– Amsterdam
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Application Specialist for the EPM team. You’ll use and apply your knowledge and expertise and help us provide technology-driven business improvements, support delivering new and maintain existing best in class solutions. The right candidate will be a natural problem solver and a great collaborator, operational minded and helpful attitude.  
You’ll be part of a dynamic and international team. You’ll work with the Controlling, Tax, Accounting and FP&A teams to help us get the most out of OneStream. You’ll be working side by side with your teammates, troubleshooting and making solutions, testing, and deliver new solutions. Furthermore, you’ll make sure the best standards are upheld, provide support and training, and implement policies and procedures.


What you will do:

• You will record and analyze functional questions and come up with practical solutions.
• Help to provide operational assistance and support the business-as-usual
• Deliver solutions, implement project changes, provide operational assistance, and support the business-as-usual.
• Support to maintain the overall configuration of OneStream.
• Work with the team to support resolving complex issues.
• Be proactive and spot opportunities to improve.
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent solutions to reduce repetitive requests. You’ll be able to 
• deal with complex problems that will need in-depth review and analysis.
• Review system, business, and end-user processes to spot inefficiencies. Make sound recommendations to the 
• and help internal stakeholders and end users to work more productively; this includes conducting training.
• Prepare documentation to support system administrative functions, procedures, and processes
• Help drive application improvements and test end user processes. You’ll be able to manage implementation of 
• small- to medium-complexity changes.
• Support with the FAQ, maintaining useful documentation of OneStream issues and resolutions

What you will bring:

• You have worked with OneStream for at least 2+ years
• Your education. We’d prefer a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant experience like accounting or computer science. 
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting processes. You’re fluent in the terminology and principles used in this field. 
• Financial background, affinity with VB.net scripting is a strong plus. 
• Experience with financial reporting tools and data integrations with different source systems. 
• Your experience in supporting the various reporting functions. You’re knowledgeable about the reporting processes and products.
• Excellent communication skills; you’re good at giving presentations, and you’re able to speak to different levels of stakeholders within the organization. You’re fluent in business English, both written and spoken, and able to produce polished, professional emails and training materials. 
• Your ability to manage a fast-moving environment and changing responsibilities. You’re flexible and able to manage your time against changing priorities and teams. 
• You’re a natural problem solver with strong analytical skills. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum based way of working is a strong plus.
