Requirements
- System administration experience with Hyperion Financial Management
- Strong understanding of financial processes, specifically consolidation
- Keen to learn planning
- Keen interest in IT systems
- Preferable Financial consolidation experience
- Preferable experience with Oracle PBCS, CXO and/or Wdesk
- Experience with other ERP systems and advantage
- Excellent English-speaking skills
Key responsibilities
- Systems Administrator for the Group’s Financial Reporting & Consolidation system (Oracle HFM – Hyperion Financial Management)
- Responsible for system change management, which includes performance of monthly release updates to process metadata and other system change requests to facilitate the company's rapidly growing financial reporting requirements - e.g. new ESG (Environmental, Social, & Governance) reporting obligations, CAPEX and Cashflow reporting, new Business initiative deliverables etc
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the management reporting system (CXO); creating and updating dashboards for monthly financial and KPI reporting to management and external shareholders.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring user access security (segregation of duties, role and task provisioning) within HFM to ensure ITGC compliance.
- Responsible for documenting Internal controls over user access and other financial IT related controls, liaising with external IT auditors to ensure annual IT audit completed without issues
- Supporting the Group Reporting team members on monthly reporting processes in HFM & CXO. Supporting the Management Reporting team on the annual Budgeting processes.
- Liaising with external software consultants to ensure performance of regular system upgrades, technical health-checks, licence renewal etc.
- Helping to provide HFM trainings to new users, updating HFM training documentation
- Involved in other ad-hoc Finance & IT related projects.
- Potential to grow into support role for other financial applications
