They are looking for a OneStream Specialist to provide support; drive improvements and enhancements; as well as further roll-out the application to new business units.
The candidate will work cross- functionally, to further develop processes and create efficiencies to improve overall functionality of the tool and will be leading these projects consisting of designing, implementing and testing of the OneStream platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing best practice solutions of OneStream, collaborating with external consultants, to ensure accounting and reporting excellence;
- Further rollout of OneStream within the organization;
- Responsible for and outcomes to support milestone sign-offs;
- Provide training and business support on errors identified by end-users;
- Develop new processes and reconciliations wherever there is room for improvement and/or as needs arise;
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all areas of responsibility, with audit and compliance standards.
- Provide support for ad hoc requests, like audits, tax returns, budgets and forecasts, and financial reporting.
The Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or advisory services focused on OneStream software
- Expertise in OneStream software, including design, development, and implementation of solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical solutions to complex business problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English
