Onestream Application Manager

For our client, a family owned international operating manufacturer, Hef Associates is looking for an Onestream Application Manager.

The Job:
As a medior Onestream Application Manager, you will be an essential part of the Group Control Team. Working alongside a senior colleague, you will gain hands-on experience in maintaining, developing, and optimizing OneStream solutions. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their expertise in financial application management and project management while contributing to a small, dynamic, and ambitious team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with the financial team to align OneStream solutions with business and financial needs.
• Develop, configure and maintain OneStream solutions to ensure smooth financial reporting and planning processes.
• Design and maintain integration of OneStream with other financial systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in coordination with senior team members.
• Continuously improve system performance and user experience by implementing best practices.
• Assist in creating training materials and supporting end-users.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, business economics, or a related financial discipline.
• 3+ Years of experience in OneStream development and administration, or a similar financial performance management solution such as OneStream, HFM, Tagetik, or SAP BPC, etc.
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, scripting, and financial system integrations.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and contribute to a growing team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
