Onestream Consultant

Position
As a OneStream consultant you will have the opportunity to support Holland's most prominent companies. You support our customers by implementing software solutions that support the planning and consolidation process. You advise our customers on the optimal set-up of these processes and make the necessary tools available.
As OneStream Diamond partner and one of the largest OneStream teams in the Netherlands with a good mix of certified financial and tooling specialists. As frontrunner in the market we have done the first implementation in consolidation and planning solutions within the Benelux. The OneStream platform unifies and simplifies financial consolidation, planning, data quality, reporting and dashboards for sophisticated organizations. Our consultants work at dozens of prominent organizations in various business sectors.
As a team, we have a pragmatic project approach. We always have short lines of communication with our clients and focus on results. There is also a lot of room in the team for organizing knowledge sessions and training colleagues. In short, in this role you get the space to be a specialist in your field on the one hand, and to be an entrepreneur and build the team on the other.


Organization
In our unique organizational model, you will have plenty of room to develop and fulfill this new role. We believe that knowledge only becomes knowledge when you share it; working together is crucial to us. Every day on the work floor, at our coffee bar, in the evening during team meetings but also during trips to the snow or the sun.
Ambitions to become a manager? Alas, we are averse to hierarchy or status.


This is what you have in you:

• A completed financial, technical or business degree at the college or university level.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience with OneStream or in the EPM world.
• Experience with programming is a plus (VB or C#)
• Excellent knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, (management) reporting or ESG in OneStream.
• You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and are a true networker.
• You are goal- and customer-oriented while not losing sight of the process.
• In addition, you like to roll up your sleeves, are commercially alert and have a true entrepreneurial mentality. As a person, you bring a solid content and background and closely follow developments within Finance and IT.

We offer:

• A remuneration between €60,000-€80,000. This remuneration is composed of an annual salary, mobility budget, variable remuneration and 8% vacation pay.
