The role

With us, you work at the intersection of systems and processes. You have a key role in continuously improving our business and developing scalable solutions within our ERP system Netsuite. Together with stakeholders in Finance, Business Control, Buying and CX, among others, you will ensure that their processes are scalable and effective in our back office.

In this, Netsuite plays a major role, in addition to a modern integration platform in AWS, WMS and a Demand Planning System. In addition, we have some in-house developed applications that allow us to make a significant commercial difference. We work with a combination of in-house developers and administrators for our back office and an external partner for our e-commerce platform.

Tasks

As ERP Business Analyst Supply Chain, you are the driving force behind making our back office more efficient and scalable. You ensure that our systems and processes run smoothly and are continuously optimized.

• Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable solutions in Netsuite
• Configure and maintain workflows, reports and dashboards
• Provide updates, patches and enhancements to systems
• Identify improvement opportunities to make processes more efficient
• Working with external partners for complex changes
• Support, challenge and train colleagues
• Documenting processes and settings

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system
• Experience in e-commerce is a plus
• You are analytical and can quickly grasp business processes
• You have technical knowledge of workflows, data compositions and integrations
• You are proactive, solution-oriented and communicatively strong
• You can listen well and get people on board with the solutions you build together
