Job Description
As Functional Administrator ERP, you find it a challenge to register incoming incidents, analyze them and where possible solve them immediately. Incoming tickets are diverse and sometimes complex. It's up to you to solve them in the best possible way. As a versatile employee you take on multiple tasks:

• Self proactively contact and maintain contact with customers;
• Accurately record and provide prompt and professional follow-up on a variety of user incoming service requests in our Service Management System;
• Perform standard changes within the limits of the standard software configuration;
• Escalating tickets to your colleagues as needed and testing the fixes they provide.

Job Requirements

• You have at least a mbo degree with experience in the field of ICT, application management, service desk;
• And/or you have experience with incident change and problem management and 1st line support (whether or not from school);
• You have knowledge of business software & systems, experience with Lean working and specifically experience with ERP software is appreciated, think: Afas, Exact, IFS, Microsoft, Oracle, Netsuite, SAP;
• You are customer-oriented and service-oriented;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing.
• You are willing to work 3 days at the office in Utrecht
